Gas flow and gas velocity measurements with Pitot tubes

Metlab offers equipment for accurate flow measurements with pitot pipes and manometers that can be adapted to your specific needs.

Pitot pipes of type L and S for gas flow measurements according to the standard ISO 10780 are supplied together with an electronic hand-held micromanometer for traverse measurement or manometer for differential pressure and static pressure for fixed pitot pipes for continuous gas flow measurement.

• Both type L and S pitot tubes are available
• Pitot tubes available in lengths 630 millimeters up to 4 meters
• Equipped with removable connection with thread on the outside connection to measuring socket
• Specially designed pitot tubes of type L and S for continuous measurement (fixed pitot tubes)
• Extendable pitot pipes available, eg in 3 or four sections
• S-type Pitot pipes can be equipped with thermocouples and test gas line for gas analysis for use eg in homogeneity control according to standard SS-EN 15259
