What kind of personal data do we process?

We have taken technical and organizational measures to protect your data from loss, manipulation and unauthorized access. We continuously adapt our security measures in accordance with the progress and development in the technological field.

Safety – your right

You have the right to receive information at any time (once a year free of charge) about the personal data we process about you in the role of personal data controller. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request to have it corrected or deleted. We cannot delete your data in cases where there is a statutory requirement for storage, such as accounting rules, or when there are other legitimate reasons why the data must be saved. In order to help you with your rights, you need to contact us in writing. To be able to find your personal data, and to be able to send it to you, we need your name, social security number, address, phone number and email address. Also enter the email address you want the information sent to, as well as the password you want the compressed file to have. In order to ensure that only you have access to this information, it is important that, in addition to your signature, you also send a copy of an approved identification document with your request. After the dispatch of this register extract, we will save this request for 12 months.
